Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Inspections
Instead of a thorough review of the whole home, we offer a unique inspection that only covers your electrical, plumbing, and home’s mechanical parts. This means its quicker and less costly than a regular inspection, while still focusing on some of the most important aspects of your building.
If you are listing your home on the market and would like to have its condition assessed beforehand, We Inspect Oklahoma is here to help. I will assess the home and its major systems to determine if the home has been well-maintained and that the home is in good condition to be put up for sale.
Residential home inspection services include any single-family home. We will compile a complete analysis of the home’s systems and structures to determine health & integrity. We know that purchasing a home is one of the largest investments that you’ll make throughout your lifetime. With this in mind, we take care to note every detail during the inspection process.
Home Inspections with Termite Inspection
Whether you’re shopping for a home and suspect a termite issue, or you think your current home may be affected by termites, we can provide you with comprehensive testing, and help you understand your options for termite remediation if we do discover an infestation.
Just like when buying a house, it’s a good idea to get an inspection on a commercial property if you’re considering purchasing it. By hiring an inspector to look for issues with the property and prepare the findings in a report, you will have a better idea of the future costs associated with the building – and whether or not to walk away from the deal.

Day of Inspection
Should I walk around the house with you?
Absolutely. I’m happy to explain everything I’m looking at. There will be times where I need to focus and evaluate, but feel free to tag along and ask questions.
Can my agent be there too?
Yes! Agents are encouraged to be there and be engaged so they can know what they’re writing up in your Repair Request Addendum.
How can I prepare for the inspection?
Please ensure all of your utilities are on prior to the inspection.
How long will the inspection take?
Depending on the size of the property, an inspection will usually take 2.5 hours.
What should I be looking for?
My reports have lots of images to help you recall what you’re looking at. I break down my reports into areas that are safety hazards and other recommended items to fix/ask for.
The summary will be the most helpful area of the report, right at the top.
Will there be recommendations on who to call?
With each defect I include which type of contractor you will need to search for to get quotes.
Can I call you if I have questions after the I get the report?
Absolutely. This is one of my favorite parts. Call, text or email.
Can you give me some preferred contractors to call?
I have a few contractors that I’ve worked with in the past that I can recommend. I still recommend you contact at least 3 in each area for quotes and do your own research.
